About Migueljustis
Meet Miguel
As a teenager, I was numb; and all i did play video games, smoke weed, at some point i began drifting from my family, from the world, from myself. I honestly wasn’t living. I was just passing time.
One day I decided I didn’t want to waste any more time; not feeling what I could feel, not loving what I could love.which That decision took me into philosophy, psychedelics, ceremonies, yoga. Eventually, into traveling the world chasing knowledge, tradition, healing. From India to the amazon and beyond. Got to meet Gurus, mentors, medicines, but having spent thousands of dollars in the proccess.
Somewhere in all of it, I noticed something: that more knowledge didn’t mean more embodiment. I’d do the ceremonies, read the books, take the medicines, activate my kundalini; and still found myself back where I started, just wearing more holistic clothes while spiritually bypassing life. Spirituality itself had become a place to hide.
i will say that there where Three things broke that pattern open.
The First, was a month-long initiation into Tantra, where my teacher asked me one question I couldn’t escape— “ What is the origin of thought?” which lead to A conversation that showed me how much of what I “knew” had never actually been lived. But lived solely on in head as as trap to stay sagnant and comfortable.
the Second, was getting into a relationship, which mirrored back everything in me that was still inembodied, angle by angle, with nowhere left to hide. Since the only way to go through was embodiing the love i had only phylosophide and and experienced in phychedelics
And third— the one that actually opened it all in the most sustainable way; conversations with myself. Alone, late at night , no practice, no mirror, no interruptions. Just me, finally accountable for myself, asking the questions that for years I’d been too distracted to ask and look at. Those nights didn’t teach me anything new. They just confirmed what I already knew at the core and gave me the space to feel what I had buried so deep.
After everything I had experienced, studied, practiced and searched for, I realized something much simpler:
The foundation from which we relate to ourselves, to others, and to life shapes everything that comes after it. If we want ti understand the inner separation we experience, we have to become willing to look at what we built ourselves from— the beliefs, patterns, relationships, and ways of relating that became our foundation without us ever consciously choosing them.
And in that sense, the foundation is both the beginning and the journey. Not something we fix once and move past, bt something we continually return to as we learn how to live more honestly. This is where I believe the spiritual journey becomes human again.
Not somewhere above life.
Here. In the way we think, relate, choose, love, and live.
What Sets Us Apart
Foundation First
We direct your attention to the base in which your patterns, feelings, and thoughts are build from.
Accountability to yourself
We create a space where you are held accountable to yourself, while being guided away from the subconscious ways you escape, avoid, or bypass your own life.
No Dependency
The goal isn’t to become another person you need in order to find yourself. The work ultimately leads you back to yourself.
Embodiment Over knowledge
We don’t stop at understanding. The work is about bridging what you see into the way you actually live.
